man, he beat me to it. how did she come to settle on this idea? maybe try thrift/army surplus to see if they have any jackets or button up shirts you could mutate into something like that in the images? hmmm that's a tough one, seems she needs a big bushy mustache...
Well, I found a brown felt hat and then bought some more brown felt to make the gauntlet gloves and spats. We also found some glasses (fake) and a giant moustache. She is very, very taken with this idea. That was all cherry picking. Now it's down to the hard part. I was thinking of the thrift store angle or maybe Walmart-y type store for a bigger boy's shirt in that tan and substitute out some brass buttons.
I think I'd ask a six year old what that would look like. Her ideas might be much simpler than yours...plus EXACTLY what she has in mind! :-) xoxoxoMarianne

Trish -- Tell her Uncle Bill says she needs a big stick. Teddy loved those. And, she should carry a teddy bear with her.

Wow. Just...wow.
Your kids. I'm here to tell ya.
Whatever you do, maybe a name patch with "T. Roosevelt" on it? Otherwise people might think she is Colonel Sanders or something.
: )
Sounds like you have the basics down. Now, all she needs to do is practice showing her teeth--lots of them, and saying BULLY loudly and convincingly.
I hope you're planning to post pictures of Vivi's transformation to Teddy!
Wire rim glasses are a must. The dollar stores have lots...just pop out the lenses.
