Oooh, Trixie, what a pretty bunny! I love that "sitting up" picture. Are the always bold enough to come out during the daylight? My cottontails hide until it starts getting dark and then they party at my birdfeeders all night.
I've just recently discovered your blog and I am hooked! I've read through all your archives and enjoyed each and every post! But today's post put me over the edge and I just had to comment- unbelievable "catch" of that snowshoe hare!! I see their tracks regularly in my woods here in NH but never in my life have even caught a glimpse of one! WELL DONE!! Your photos are always spectacular. Might I be so bold to inquire what camera you use? (I shoot with a kodak z612 and love my results but am always excited to learn about new cameras!) Your photos always have a jewel like quality to them! Thank you for sharing! warm hugs, gretchen
Don't lynx eat bunnies, if so I don't want to see them, would love to see snowshoe hares. Good for you Zoey, I hope your Mom keeps those pics coming of you in the biathalon. You have such determination, GOOD LUCK. Nature Knitter's Mom [Betty K]

So cute! I'd love to have something that cute stealing my bird food -- I get skunks and rats! :)
Such a cute little bunny! I have never seen one of these buys before!

How hare-raising! Glad it warmed up on your mountain.

Oh Bill!
Glad you stopped by! How is life in Marietta?
The bunnies are very active lately. So, we should see some lynx soon, too.

Cuuute bunny! Great pics, thank you for sharing them!
Oh my that is the sweetest 'bunnie' I've ever seen!
Interesting in comparison to the brown bunnies we have in central PA. Love those feet!
